Order Processing and Pre-Orders: All orders, including pre-orders, will be processed within 2 business days after purchase. During this time, order information will be processed, and shipping labels will be printed. However, please note that pre-order items will not be shipped immediately.

Shipping Timeframes for Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, the production time is approximately 4-5 weeks. This allows us to ensure the highest quality for your products. Once the production is complete, your order will be shipped promptly, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

In-Stock Items: If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within the next 3-4 days of the order request. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
